Tao Verse 3

The Master leads by emptying people’s minds and filling their cores, by weakening their ambition and toughening their resolve.  He helps people loses everything they know, everything they desire, and creates confusion in those who think that they know.

Practice not-doing, and everything will fall into place.

just some of the lines here.  the ones that i feel like i know but have difficulty expressing.  i understand that all i know – or think i know – is not what is key.  unlearning all that misleading knowledge, emptying myself of useless information, allows my core to be filled with actuality.

to just be as i am, as i was born to be, is where non-confusion lies; to stop the struggle for things and achievements, to stop working so hard at this so-called journey and just be.  and then all will fall into place, or more like rise to its rightful – natural – place.  and i can shine as the sun shines, not by a struggle to do so, but by just being the sun.
